In Harmony – A Women’s Choir is based in Ottawa, Ontario.
The Choir welcomes lesbians, queer women and friends/allies* who enjoy singing, laughing and learning music in an informal atmosphere. We are a non-audition choir! Members are just required to be able to carry a tune and to sing in a treble vocal range (Soprano or Alto).
We are dedicated to performing music that reflects the richness and diversity of women’s experience.
Our rehearsals take place each Tuesday evening at 7pm. We meet in a church space a short walk from City Hall.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we changed to a virtual model & then added Hybrid model so that members could join us online if they were temporarily unable to participate in the in-person rehearsals. We still offer this Hybrid model for current practices. Check out our Meetup page for more information.
